I do not make any medical diagnoses or claims, nor substitute for your personal physician care. My role is to partner with clients to provide ongoing support and accountability in an opt-in model of self-care and should be done under the supervision of a licensed physician.
What to expect when working together…
THE WELLNESS HOUSE METHOD IS NOT A STANDARD MEDICAL APPROACH.
Standard Medicine Model:
Looks at a list of symptoms
Considers possible diagnosis
Runs tests & confirms positive or negative… if positive…
Treats with medication to reduce symptoms & bring labs in normal range
Symptoms temporarily improve only to return later or new symptoms may appear
Start the cycle again..?
Exhaustion & frustration
This system depends on diagnosing diseases, managing symptoms, drugs & surgery.
Great for emergency & trauma care but not for general wellness or health optimization.
What’s so different about The Wellness House?
At The Wellness House, I utilize a whole life (holistic) approach, paired with classical scientific method (observe, question, investigate, hypothesize, analyze, experiment, & evaluate) to formulate a custom plan of action that is bio-individualized to address the root-causes of dis-ease.
Step 1
Initial Intake Session: Establish Baseline
In this 2-hour session, we’ll discuss your goals, detailed medical history & intake forms in depth. This is the beginning of your custom plan!
Step 2
Functional LAB Work: Investigate
Simple, at-home testing to dive deep into hormones, digestion, detoxification, food sensitivities & more. This saves time and brings much needed clarity. Test don’t guess.
Step 3
Review: Comprehensive Plan
In this 1-2 hour session, we will review your lab results & begin your customized protocol.
